Hi Everyone!
I created an clicker that fits the trapezoidal mounting arm, found mostly on the more expensive sights.
Print Options:
The images I uploaded show the body printed on an SLA AnyCubic Photon and the arm printed on my RepRap Guru Prusa FDM printer. The print can be used by FDM as well as SLA printers. If printing on FDM, I suggest supports to ensure the cavities are printed properly.
Hardware:
For the magnets I use magnets that are:
1) 6 mm in diameter
2) 3 mm thick
You will need 4 magnets
The actual arm itself, needs to be 4 mm in diameter, the one in the picture is made of carbon fiber that I found at my local hobby store.
On the back side you will need:
1) 1x M3 12 mm screw
2) 1x M3 nut with a diameter of 5 mm
3) Protective metal strip, to protect the sight arm against the screw damaging the arm when screw is tightened to hold clicker in place. I made my own from a thin brass sheet, also found at local hobby store. ~0.1 mm thick
