I'm not an Expert for Fingerboarding and Skating in general, but I was asked to design a printable model just for fun. At the beginning it was a challenge to create a fully working Board out of really small, thin parts. I used the tiniest bearings I ever saw (2 x 6 x 3 mm), equipped with rubber tires, cut form a matching tube (6 x 1 mm), for some good rolling wheels.
My personal highlight is the suspension. I always wanted to use magnetic force for this purpose and it works great. The resistance can be adjusted by adding different magnets (check the YouTube video). But for me the most fun is to let the board just bounce on the ground.
