This model is called the magnetic heart
It participates to post-secondary student category.

I designed the first model with magnets incorporated during printing.
I am a very sentimental person, emotions are everything to me, and are the essence of a life.
This heart was designed for a loved one
This 2-part magnetic heart has 4 3*5mm magnets to join or separate 2 halves of a heart.
The magnets must be inserted at 9.6mm high (Z-height). Some slicers allow to automate the stop at the height you want, especially to change color. Here we pause just to drop the magnets, and then continue printing. The magnets are thus trapped in the print.
everything has been modelled in parametrics.
Here the clearance is 0.2mm for FDM 3D printing.
Potential evolutions can be a necklace, or other applications.
The design is simple and refined, a precious object of small size. Enjoy it!
