Magnetic Wire Coupling (Flsun Probe)

A small magnetic wire coupling made for the flsun delta levelling probe. allows quick attachment of the levelling probe, also allows the disconnected probe to the metal case of the printer. Thers also a clip that attaches to the cable to store the dangling connector when not in use.

Put the cover over the wires first, Trim the insulation off the wires & pass through from the back of the magnet holder. Using 5mm x 1.5mm magnets, mark the same side of all the magnets with a sharpie so that the north & south sides can be identified (doesnt matter which side is marked) when pressing in the magnets, Two of the magnets have the marked face showing - one of the magnets goes in marked side down. This ensures the coupling will only connect in the correct position.

Matching the wire colours on the other half, press in the magnets so that the two plugs align correctly.

i attached magnets to the completed plug to aid getting the magnets in the correct polarity for the 2nd plug.
