Mailbox American style

This is a remix of my "American style" letterbox, which I published almost two years ago. It was designed for 3D printers with a print bed of up to 250 mm. This new letterbox is intended for large-format printers such as the Kobra 3 Max from Anycubic. The print height is 42 cm. However, it can certainly also be printed on a Bambu H2 by adjusting the Z height accordingly. However, this also makes the letterbox narrower. This new design allows for personalisation by sliding the connecting piece, which previously had to be glued on, onto the back of the letterbox, where it can be replaced or added to. The flag (which I am not yet satisfied with) can also be replaced. This should DEFINITELY be printed in PETG or ABS, otherwise the small stopper that locks the flag in place will break very easily. Super PLA Plus from Overture may work, but I have not tested this. On request, I can also print the resident's name on the connector (in multiple colours). If you are interested, please send me a message. I have a print profile for a 0.4 mm nozzle, but it can also be printed with a 0.6 mm nozzle, for example, which is about 6-7 hours faster. The mounting plate is designed for a round timber with a diameter of 9 cm, to which it can be screwed. The letterbox should then be attached with plastic adhesive. I will be creating detailed instructions soon. Er kann aber bestimmt auch auf einem Bambu H2 gedruckt werden, indem man die Z-Höhe entsprechend anpasst. Allerdings wird der Briefkasten dann auch um ca 1/6 schmaler.
