Mailbox Anemometer Spinner

Anemometer type spinner for the top of our mailbox to scare the birds away. Anything that moves on its own, the birds are suspicious of it and do not perch on the mailbox. Result, no more bird crap all over the mailbox.
The top of the mailbox gets quite hot on clear summer days. Oritinally printed in PLA, I thought the high temperatures in the summer would make it droop or sag so I made the final version in green PETG. However, the PLA has held up quite well.
Bottom of the anemometer cups are cut off so it mounts lower on the mailbox.
