Main Gear for Eachine E160 / JJRC M03

Eachine e160 / JJRC M03 main gear. Includes a spacer to be installed between the gear and the bearing.
It is recommended to print it with a 0.2mm nozzle or inferior. Adjust layer height accordingly i used 0.10mm. The speed must be kept low. I used 12mm/s and bellow.
As the first layer is squished against the bed the dimensions may be compromised which can hinder the insertion of the parts in the shaft, as the tolerances are small, so, it might be necessary to file the hole entrance at the bed side.
The hole for the bolt acts only as guide. It must be drilled for insertion of the bolt, as necessary. The original bolt is threaded directly into the part, as a self tapping screw. I replaced mine with a cotter pin.
The spacer can be sanded if necessary to ensure bolt alignment but such should not be necessary.
