I give you the Maker Whoop 75. This is a 75mm frame and is the culmination of several attempts over several years to make a drone that is fully 3D printed. My first drone was built on a 3D printed frame I designed, but it lacked durability. I could make it light or strong but not both. Redshifters was the ones to really figure it out, they printed the motor mounts flat and then bent them to shape. This removed the sheer weakness all 3D prints have at the layer line, making the frame as strong as its injection molded cousins.
My first whoop design had a plate to mount the motors to and it created this crazy heavy thing that flew well and was incredibly strong but wouldn't fly on 0803 motors without them getting crazy hot. This frame is 40+% lighter than my previous design, see linked documents
