Makerlab Ender 3 mod

This is our Ender 3 based printers in our open MakerLab at Aarhus University

Extruder: Trianglelab BMG
Hotend: V6 clone
Mainboard: Mks gen l v1
ABL: BLTouch
Screen: Reprapdiscount full graphic smart controller
Filament sensor: is made with a cheap microswitch and a 8mm steel ball

Most parts are printed in Prusament PETG
LCD and mainboard cases are printed in Azurefilm PLA
Fanshroud are printed either in ASA or in resin for temperature resistance


for a complete assembly you will need 16 4mm brass threaded inserts

For added durability, and simpler service. Most of the holes are modified to fit brass threaded inserts, and all internal wiring is removed
