I purchased the MakerSpot Stackable USB Hub HAT https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01IT1TLFQ, which at the time was the #1 Amazon recommendation for a Raspberry Pi Zero W USB Hub HAT.

Unfortunately the linked raspberry pi case didn't fit the Zero4U case available on Thingiverse, so I modified that case to fit the Makerspot hub.

To close the case as shown in the picture, you'll need 4 M2.5 20mm screws and 4 M2.5 nuts
*EDIT*: You'll also want 4 10mm spacers, which are easy to find on Thingiverse. If anyone has problems sourcing them I can modify this and provide them.

A version with space for GPIO headers can be found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3621803
