Infected by contact with the demons of Malifica, the virus mutates the host's form — erupting tendrils, distorting flesh, and shattering identity. But this is no ordinary disease. It is a path to demonhood. A path lined with agony and glory. As the infection takes hold, the infected begin to hear the voice of Ugul-Hul, Lord of Malifica, whispering conquest into their minds. With each writhing change of the body comes a step closer to becoming one of his favoured — a vessel of arcane power  and dominance.
