Malm bed headboard shelf bracket

My cat likes to sit in my window above my bed, but the sill is super shallow. I made a couple dead simple brackets that fit the headboard of my Ikea Malm bed, in order to put a 1x6 shelf up for him. They fasten to the board, but not the bed, so I can remove the shelf in seconds. He likes it.
