Manfrotto Quick Release to VESA Adapter

I needed an on stage monitor and stand. They were too expensive to buy or rent. Taking an old monitor, the tripod that I already owned, I created an adapter to put a standard VESA monitor onto a standard photographic tripod. I saved literally hundreds of dollars.
