The objective of this project is help wheelchair users to Pick up objects from the ground and from high places. Project developed in Brazil.
ENGLISH:
Materials:
- 80 cm of 1/2-inch PVC pipe
- 2 rubber bands
- 50 mm 5/16-inch aluminum bar
- EVA sheet
- 3 Bolts and nuts M3 x 25 mm
- Neodymium magnet with 20 mm diameter x 3 mm height
- multifilament fishing line
- hot glue
Instructions:
Print the parts using support, raft and which 100% infill, except the lever, which can be done with 40%.
Fit the fixed part of the grip on the PVC pipe and drill the pipe with a 5/16 drill bit, as in the picture above. Do the same for the parts of the lever.
Cut the 5/16 aluminum bar in the following measurements:
2 x 115 mm
1 x 60 mm
1 x 36 mm
1 x 32 mm
1 x 14 mm
2 x 20 mm
1 x 30 mm
Attach the aluminum bars to the PVC pipe, tie the multifilament line to the bolt of the clamp and pass the line through the barrel.
Pass a little grease on the bushings and pulleys to reduce f
