Manifold Pipe Mount

In doing plumbing with PEX-style pipe, you need to support multiport manifolds for the hot and cold supply lines. The copper pipe is 28 mm outside diameter, so typical USA hardware stores do not carry a support that can hold the manifolds. The top is open to clear the 1/2" side ports. You need 2 per manifold.

Holes are provided for #10 screws to mount to a panel board or wall. The holes will clear #10 washers or hex head screws. #8 screws are adequate, but you will need to add a steel washer under each screw head. In addition, there are two holes in the support that allow a nylon tie wrap to be used to hold the manifold in a fixed orientation and minimize any noises from the pipes rattling or shaking.
