This is a **control stick** for the **Manitou BT 425** telehandler. It might be suitable for other models as well. A metal rod goes through the center hole and can be secured by a nut from the top. Then the whole thing can be screwed in place. The control board for the buttons can be secured in the compartment with the help of the inner piece and can be closed with the lid.
