Manny Calavera push puppet

This remixes vsaari's Manny Calavera head (from Grim Fandango) into a push puppet. I took the hole out of the head, but maybe I should have left it in? The model photo is of a prototype that still had the hole in it.

Torso modeled in Blender.

The rest of the parts are from my generic push puppet model.
