Manta Compact Speeddrive Remix

This is a remix of the Speeddrive with BMG that allows you to use a pancake stepper with 0 loss of your buildplate to work with the Manta compact system by boothybooth.

I wanted the benefits of his new work without losing the benefits of the speeddrive. They share a mount point over the aluminum spacers on the Ender3 plate, so I merged the two STLs. See the original Manta Compact listing for the rest of the files.
