Manual Solder Paste Dispenser

This is a simple manual solder paste dispenser designed around a 1-mL syringe with a luer lock tip. The design was inspired by the "Spoty precision SMD micro-dot solder paste dispenser" (https://www.avdweb.nl/tech-tips/pcb/solder-paste-dispenser).
