Maple leaf shaped tag for tagging maple trees. Has a countersunk hole for a #8 wood screw. Easier to identify maples by their leaves in the summer than by their bark in the spring when the sap is flowing. Used this on all the 10"+ diameter maples in the woods behind my house so I know what to tap come spring.
