This is Marilith, from the DnD Monster Manual. She was sculpted mostly in VR with Oculus Medium.
Her arms print separately and slot in (glue required.) The arms fit well at their current size, but print them at 95% scale if you want to ensure a good fit. There's a simple base, but she rests flat on the floor without it.
She prints well in Resin and FDM.
