Marimba Stick Splint

My son and I created this Marimba Stick Splint for his Innovative Percussion IP240N stick that broke. We printed it with Hatchbox PLA Wood and then used wood glue to bond the print to the shaft. Hopefully others find this useful as the previous attempt to wrap the stick with thread and glue didn't hold. It does make the stick 6 g heavier so you may want to print a 2nd one for the other stick so that both are balanced. Here is my affiliate link for Sunlu filament if you want to help support m
