Mario and Luigi adult size pacifier.. parts will need to be glued or snapped together.
Assemble the paci cap first by glueing the inner clip and top cap together with the handle between them, Purchase a nuke 6 size nipple and insert through the shield.. snap the handle assembly onto the shield. Some sanding and removal of support material may be required. Nuk 6 teat required (i purchase cheap pacifiers off eBay and use those teats.. search "nuk 6 adult paci").
