With a layer height of 0.2, the pauses for the filament change should be set at the beginning of the layers 11 and 13, for the model with the black outline. For the rest of the models, the pause should be set at the beginning of the layer 11.
I added that cylinder in order to prevent one those blobs of filament from forming when the printing restarts after the pause.
