Mark 7 Case feed spring stiffener

I placed the large hole side down on the print bed and found that there was really no need for supports. I used pliers to pull the loose filament out of the hole. The print speed and using Octet is very important. I printed mine in Cura on a Longer LK5 pro with the following settings.

40% infill
PLA 200 degree
bed temp 70 degree
no supports
infill pattern: octet
50mm/s print speed
.2mm layer height
