A flush deck fitting for sea kayak deck lines. Drill two 1/2" holes 3/4" apart in your deck, glue in from the under side with G-Flex epoxy, wrap a piece of 4-ounce fiberglass over the fitting on the inside. Trim the outside flush with the deck.
