Building Materials-Carbon fiber structures insulated with Aerogel and coated with Temptrol for heat reflection. The outside of most buildings will also be covered with carbon nano tubes that powers main buildings.

Communications Array- Tunable Multi-wavelength semi-conductor laser array is used for nearly time communication to Earth.

Oxygen/Hydroponics Farm- Centrally located for optimal distribution to the rest of the base. Duct work running throughout the rest of the stricter would begin here. Semi-mature oak saplings transported from Earth would be planted here, along with pools of Spirulina(blue-green) algae for oxygen production. Algae are also an excellent nutritional source. Hydroponic farm is also located here. This along with the algae will be main source of food for base. Dome of factory would be clear to facilitate photosynthesis.
