Cosmic radiation resistant multistage infrastructure development shown in the distinct phases:
Parachute/rocket lander re-uses its double skin parachute balloon. The fabric is made from multilayer blend of composite fabric (vacum insulated sandwich, aerogel, self healing seal layer, dust repellent solar film on exposed faces). The landers themselve will become the habitat airlock /emergency shelters pods).
Each lander carries specific equipment to aid construction: personel, insulator foam, air supplies, soil (for greenhouses), wiring, pipe extruders, excavator etc..). Once emptied, the landers become airlocks. The parachutes become airtight membrane for a inflatable dome structure.
Parachute balloon is deployed (by personel and/or robots) on robo-dozer leveled ground and anchored at Perimeter and inflated with pumped air from air supply lander. As noted on diagram: the double skin parachute is inflated with compressed air and the outer double layer is then filled with water
