I allways wanted to build a mars rover like rc car.
Therefor, i designed this rover wheel.
It is about 200mm in diameter, 130mm wide, the rover should be about 1 meter long with six wheels.
Of cause, this needs a lot of time to print.
For one wheel, you need about 40 hours to print all parts.
What you need to print:
8x Lamelle_H (Lamella_back)
8x Lamelle_V (Lamella_front)
1x Nabe1 (Hub1) or Nabe2 (Hub1 is with bearings, just running, Hub2 is for torque transmission)
1x Felge (Rim)
4x Radsegment (Wheel segment)
1x Felgenmatrix (Star shaped thing(or snowflake)) whatever.. :,D
1x Hex_Stein (Hex_Stone, only for Hub2)
2x Zentrierhülse (Centering sleeves, Only for Hub1)
Not printed parts:
8x M4x15 cyl. head screws
6x M6x35 cyl head screws & washers+nuts
2x 608_zz or 608_2rs bearing (Only needed for Hub1)
1x 3x16mm steel stick (Only needed for Hub2)
1x 6mm steel rod (Only needed for Hub2) Length depends on how you want to connect it
