Marsupio_Toothpick

Mount for FPV camera on frames with 26 mm x 26 mm FC holes (for example a toothpick, pickle, picklepick etc).

It fits 14 mm x 14 mm cameras (for example runcam nano1, caddx firefly, caddx eos2 etc).

There are two versions of this mount. One with the camera at a higher position (usable with 2 bladed props, such as the pirodrone etc) and the other with camera at a lower position (usable with props having blades sitting lower, such as many 3 bladed ones).

I designed this because I wanted the camera less exposed to crashes and to reduce the number of parts for building the drone. The result is a more compact and a flatter quad, which I feel breaks less (but maybe it's just psychological).

I suggest to mount the FC with the USB and connectors pointing upwards so that the drone feels more compact and there is less stress on the screws or standoffs in case of a crash.
