Martian 2 - captive nut plate

I'm not using the stock PDB with the Martian 2 anymore and I thought it would be a good opportunity to make a captive nut plate. Not that I'll ever need to, but I can now replace the arms without any wrenches on the nuts. I've seen other designs, but wanted to make one that my new PDB could sit flush on too.
