This is an attempt to reproduce the barrel for the Marx 6" barrel flat car. I used Grok to get a rough object in OpenScad and modified to get it to this point.
The openscad code is included, so feel free to modify it to suit your needs.
I included a version that has staves on it, but haven't printed it out.
2/15/26 - I updated the barrel to make the indent on the ends of the barrel more pronounced.
Added a picture in dark brown PLA.
