Mask clips

Clips for making a medical mask from woven and non-woven material. We take spanbond (in the original medical masks 3 layers of the thinnest, 17 microns, spanbond are used), we cut off the required number of layers 200x165 in size. We fold the accordion so that we get a size of 200x70. We bend each edge around the bar and crimp the ring.

The bar is printed with a layer of 0.2, a width of 0.39 (in my case, when printing a width of 0.4, the slicer did not correctly build the perimeters of the walls at the radii), 3 perimeters, 5 layers per cover and bottom. The ring is printed with a layer of 0.2, a width of 0.4, a wall of 3 perimeters, without a bottom, cover and filling.
