USB Mask Dryer V2 update. Design now considered finished.
Replaces V1: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4644900
Designed to address the primary issue preventing clear sealed mask use. Humidity build up making breathing uncomfortable and fogging up view windows to the mouth for lipreading.
It is not a breathing exhaust. It is designed to slowly extract humidity from a sealed mask volume over time. Sterilising and knocking the momentum out of expelled viral vapor.
It will act to slowly draw air into the mask through minimal negative pressure and exhaust C02 build up, making any sealed mask volume more comfortable to use long term, eg n95 mask.
Designed to be retrofitted to any mask. Tested extensively on the Eye Cu Smile V2 clear mask design for weeks in humid factory conditions. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4598055
Based on industrial Mesh-Vane demister theory scaled down for use on a mask, paired with the disruptive technology of anti-microbial filamen
