--This cuts round filter disks from soft materials for Covid masks.
--If your mask has too large a hole for these disks print the adapter as well.
--Thingiverse now caps photos at 500k so I've moved them here: A HREF=
-If makeup pads don't fit, the two best substitutes are paper kitchen towels and blue shop towels. Cutting rounds with scissors takes forever. This cutter will quickly cut proper size disks from paper towels.
-Paper disks cut will be around 55mm dia. Scale the print up or down as needed.
1) Print the holder
2) Break double edge razor blades in half or use single edge blades.
3) Insert blades, blunt end first, into the circular slot.
4) Turn holder so blades press on a flat surface to even the cutting height.
5) Tighten M3 setscrews to hold blades in place
--I've ordered some razor die material to make a bunch of cutters and I'll be giving them away until material runs out. If you'd like to keep this going please consider donating to the cause: https://www.
