This design has been improved at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4883290

There are many of these types of item on Thingiverse. This is another one, offering comfort and utility. An update of my earlier version, the loop holders are less sharp and better supported by the structure beneath them. The profile is lower.
I printed this with translucent PLA (just because!) and it was hairier than I am at the end. A quick whizz over it with a blue flame sorted it out. My printer has been a pain recently for stringing, especially if the temperature is too high.

There are holes in the plate to reduce sweating and allow air flow.

It holds the mask tighter to your face, allowing less air to get through without filtering.

I hope you find it useful.

If you hold the middle of it over the steam from your kettle for a moment, you can profile it to your neck for a better fit. No liability accepted for burns here - you're on your own!
