This is a tool I designed to aid in sewing face masks (for COVID-19), by making regular pleats without having to measure anything. Pleats can be held in place by binder clips until they are sewn.

I made this for use with the "Prototype 1" mask design from the University of Florida College of Medicine's Anesthesiology department:
