mask strap

This is a back of the head, mask strap holder for around the ear protective masks. It is a simple print, not very thick but it prints in 12-14 minutes per part. I designed it to maximize the number I could print at once and minimize run time to have high volume out of one machine.

Basically you take an unfolded paper clip and feed it through the slot that corresponds to the post you want to use, feed the ear loop into the paper clip and then pull it through the slot enough so you can catch the loop on the post. This holds pretty secure on that loop which makes putting the masks on much easier, instead of trying to hold tension on one side, move it around your head and hook the other loop around a symmetrical feature.

Edit 4/12/2020: I would scale this one up by 5 to 8 percent so it's easier to feed the loop through the slots.
