Mason Jar Bioreactor
================
#### Make a low-cost bioreactor with common materials!
* For the use with wide mouth Mason jars.
**This is still a work in progress**
Bioreactors are typically used when doing tissue engineering to grow the cells needed for seeding after decellularization of some type of organic matter, typically fruit, organs, or muscles. I designed this bioreactor to be very low cost and to be printed on a resin printer as to an ideal environment inside the reactor. It can be printed on a common FDM machine as well but I would keep it in a flow hood. There is a place for a bearing in the middle of the lid which takes a 16mm bearing. This is for a stirrer if you wanted to use one but it's not really needed. You can print a cap for the middle if you will not be using it.
The procedure can be found here: http://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0097835#s2
