(Master-)Spool Upcycle-Adapter

This will help you to upcycle your old spools to masterspools.
I made this for the refill spools **dasfilament.de** is providing.

Most spools have a different diameter where the filament is spooled onto. I have made several versions:
Adapter_65_102.stl translates to 65mm inner diameter and 102mm outer diameter.
With the FreeCAD design file these diameters can be easily changed. You can find them on the first Sketch. The constraints have german names: Innen - Inner diameter, Außen - Outer diameter.

For this to work you have to cut your spool into two peaces. It needs to be max 45mm thick. It doens't matter if the resulting thinkness is less. The adapter will cover this.

The screw adapter will hold everything in place.
These
