This is to prevent the clamps holding the main connected to the mast from getting loose.
Two versions:
Non adjustable - two 4 mm holes
Adjustable - longer 4 mm holes for adjusting star or portside after mouting. (Useful when you need to take off the sail, no need for unmounting, just loosen the screws)
