MAXSpline Bearing Coupler

I needed a 1/2 inch hex to be a coaxial shaft inside a MAXSpline shaft, but didn't have the right sized bearings on hand. Instead, this was a temporary fix to put a 1-1/8 inch flange bearing into it. Also has holes for two 10-32 bolts to put a bearing retention plate or some washers to hold the bearing in place. Was used in FRC for my high school's robotics team, 5414.
