MB Plus Reprap Hot End

Here is newly designed, low cost metal hotend - MB PLUS, it has PTFE lined stainless barrel that allows trouble free, low friction filament flow. This hotend designed for 1.75mm filament only. Standard nozzle orifice diameter is 0.4mm. Hotend is compatible with many different makerbot-like china-made nozzles from Flashforge, CTC, Mbot3d and other brands. This gives good selection of nozzle orifice diameters.

Standard mounting option: J-Head compatible groove mount.

Assembly of this device is straight forward. Please consult with supplied drawings and pictures for visual clues. Suggested way of thermistor mounting: JB Weld steel epoxy or kapton tape.

Thing uses 30x30x10mm fan and 3d printed fan duct, to provide adequate cooling during operation. Do not use without fan working.
