MC cable shield stripper

The regular roto split has a hole smaller than the shaft on a Klein roto split crank, but the model with the wider hole should work. Only problem is that the model with the wider hole got nicked by a boolean cut... oops. I was too tired to fix it, but I doubt it'll be a problem.
