The driving wheels of McCulloch lawn mowers wear down. Rather than buying new wheels, I tried printing a new shell to put on top of the worn down driving wheel. There are 3 different sizes, pick the one according to how worn down your wheel is. For me, the 192mm version worked best (press fitted, printed in DasFilament PETG) Print instructions Category: Outdoor & Garden Print Settings Printer Brand: Prusa Printer: i3 MK3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 100% Filament: dasfilament PETG See-through Notes: Print with 100% infill for added strength Post-Printing Take it from the printbed and hammer it onto the wheel using a block of wood and some patience.
