My take on stacking 2 AMS's using an MDF sheet material which greatly improves the stiffness of assembly and limits the amount of plastic needed. The panels are quite simple to cut, in UK where I am you can go to B&Q and get a larger sheet cut to size free of charge, I'm sure similar services can be found in most countries. Only problematic one is the back panel for bottom AMS, it needs a cutout for the 6pin connector cables and the PTFE tube. If you have a cnc I included the .dxf file, but it can also be fairly easily cut using basic tools. Bear in mind the back panel is not visible, so the quality isn't a massive factor, just need to make sure the cables and filament tube are not getting blocked. Hardware required:12mm thick MDF sheet (plywood, osb etc will work as well), approx 600mm x 800mm 38 x M3 12mm countersunk wood screws (example), 10mm long will work as well16 x m3 25mm (or 30mm) countersunk wood screws (example) Assembly: 1.
