This is a rerailer to be used with ME Code 70 Track (maybe others) that you can 3D print. More info on them and how to use them here...

Prints were printed with an Ender 3 Pro using Cura set on 'Super Quality' in the 'Profile' setting and with a stock .4 nozzle.
