Measuring Spoon Lid

I'm back at it again; hurting my brain modeling in OpenSCAD. This model is a customizable measuring spoon lid. You can choose from the following four US measuring spoons: tbsp, ½ tbsp, tsp, ½ tsp. You can also customize via the following variables (there are a few more but these ones matter most):

- printer_tolerance
- pole_additional_tolerance
- part_thickness
- lid_radius
- lid_cap_lip_height
- spice_hole_radius
- spice_hole_rows
- spice_holes_per_row
