Measuring tape coil support

My 3 meters measuring tape broke inside. After opening it I verified that an internal plastic support for the tape coil has broken. I've designed, printed and used it successfully. The picture shows the broken part.

The measuring tape is made of:
- external case
- holding button - to hold the tape avoiding it to get inside while in use
- internal coil support (or coil case)

The coil resides inside a cylinder, holding some tension while fixed in a central pin. The central pin is part of the external case. The coil passes through a hole in the cylinder wall to get connected to the tape. The tape gets rolled through the external part of the cylinder.

Well, the internal support was completely broken into pieces. It looked like the plastic was old and brittle.
