Measuring Tape Holder

I had troubles printing the original part because the fins on the central ring which should hold in place the two parts were too brittle, probably due to some retraction issue I'm experiencing with my printer.
I then redesigned the thing halving down the number of fins and adding a captive ring to prevent the tape to slip out of the holder.
